For added customization, you can adjust the fineness of the grinds and level of coffee brewed (from 1 - 8 oz. in size). Vienna also features Opti-Dose technology, which allows you to choose the amount of coffee ground per cup, from 6 to 9 grams. The pump driven steam and hot water wand has an exclusive Pannarello to make frothing milk simple for perfect cappuccino and latte drinks. The Vienna Plus Silver is an excellent, low cost fully automatic machine that is a must for any home.
Brew Group: The heart of Saeco automatic machines is the patented removable brew group. This device allows the machine to tamp, brew and dispense the coffee in one cycle. The brew group can be removed at the push of a button, for convenient rinsing and chemical-free cleaning. This brew group is exclusive proprietary Saeco technology and one of the unique advantages that has made Saeco the world leader in automatic espresso machines.
Powerful Grinder: Proper grinding is at the core of excellent coffee production. The Vienna Plus has a built-in, conical type burr grinder, the same type used by the professionals. Pushing the brew button sets the cycle in motion with the grinder measuring out the correct amount of beans for the selection made and then grinding it to specifications.
Steam and Frother Rapid Steam technology reduces the normal waiting time between brewing coffee and steam output to just a few seconds. A separate heat exchange for steam provides fast and continuous steam pressure for frothing milk within seconds.
